On July 28, the vertical spraying production line of the group aluminum factory completed debugging and was put into production.

It is reported that the vertical spraying line adopts the Gema spray gun imported from Switzerland. The equipment is monitored by computers throughout the entire process. The automatic flow production line operates with advanced equipment, fast operation, and is suitable for mass production. The annual output would reach 30,000 tons or more. Vertically sprayed products have a smooth surface, uniform film thickness, and no mounting marks.

The successful completion and commissioning of the vertical spray production line further improved the company’s spray production capacity, production efficiency and market competitiveness. It willplay an important role in improving product quality and delivery time of the company.
